Perch On The Pier is the brainchild of Alex Hole. The southern pavilion of Worthing pier has existed under many guises but none have been so brave as to strip it back to its literal skeletal frame and start afresh.

Alex is a hospitality developer with an eye for regenerating old buildings and this pavilion would have presented the ultimate challenge, one because its historical listed and two,  anything other that Art Deco just wouldn't work.

After spending in excess of £1 million as well as the Covid setback it finally opened on the 15th of April.
   

We would class this establishment as a cafe/bar with restaurant leanings. Food and cocktails a speciality with unbeatable views along the south coast.

Four beers on tap as well as cider and bottle beer. A wide selection of red and white wine available.
