There are two interesting factors about the Snug: one, few people know it's there, and two, the urge to keep it that way.

Tucked away at the back of Rassasy's deli shop in Ferring is this little micropub. Everyone is welcome if you enjoy real ale, fine wine, and good local company in intimate surroundings.

We visited a couple of years ago and enjoyed the experience, but since we're not in Worthing, it didn't make the site. We're almost reluctant to make this little secret known.

The Snug bar opened in June 2021. It is Small, which means it has a capacity limit. If you're keen then a phone call might be advantageous.

Most of the beers are from local brewers in Sussex, although some cans are available. There is also bottle conditioned beer too.

On occasions there are hosted events with cheeseboards, and platters, as well as live entertainment.

Parking directly outside is very limited and is often only for patrons of certain shops.
