Perch on the Pier

Perch on the Pier was the brainchild of Alex Hole. the southern pavilion of Worthing Pier has existed in many guises, but none have been so brave as to have striped it back to its literal skeletal frame and start afresh.

Alex is a hospitality developer with an eye for regenerating old buildings and this pavilion would have presented the ultimate challenge, one, because it's historically listed, and two, anything other than Art Deco just wouldn't work.

After spending over £1 million as well as the Covid setback, it finally opened on the 15th of April.

We would class this establishment as a cafe/bar with restaurant leanings. Food and cocktails a specialty with unbeatable views along the south coast.

Four beers on tap as well as cider and bottled beer. A wide selection of red and white wines are available.
