Originally Caffyns Garage showrooms with a vast workshop behind, the front was converted to become a sofa bar known as Cafe Central. Shortly after, it was renamed Eden. Closed in 2008.

Later on it reopened as Interwok, an 'all you can eat' Asian based restaurant. In 2015 in reopened as another restaurant called Panda. It is currently Kaspa's Dessert restaurant.
