It opened in 1996 and is situated at the rear of and forms part of the Burlington Hotel. Owned by Hugh Lucie-Smith, it closed in the early 2000s. That part of the building is now separate from the hotel and is occupied by Imperial China Restaurant. (Roger Cloake)
